Hi,

is it possible to change an App ID for one license after activation?

Kind regards,
Tobias

    Hello,
it is possible only if you’ve done a mistake providing it the first time.
It should be always clarified with our supporting team and it can be considered an one time exception.

    Best regards,
    Matteo

    Hi Matteo,

    thanks for your quick response.
The problem is, that we have to use a new apple Dev-Account and we want to
release our Apps with new Mobile-Provisions from this Dev-Account.
This Mobile-Provision needs a new App ID and far as I know, we can¹t use
exactly the same ID, which we used befor. The result will be that the app
    is no longer running
    with you PDF Reader.

    Best regards,
    Tobias

    Hello,
if you provide the current blundle-id and new bundle-id we can activate the new license and deactivate the old one.

    Best regards,

    Good morning,

so if I understood it correctly, I will send you the current and the new
bundle-ids, so we can continue to use the current licenses?

    Kinds regards,
    Tobias
